Welcome to Zex-lo ("the Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Zex-lo. Continued use after any update means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Cheat, manipulate results, scores, leaderboards, or coins.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Platform content without permission.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of the tests and materials you create, but grant Zex-lo a license to host, display, and deliver them to users as part of the service. Platform software, design, and branding remain the property of Zex-lo.

5. Payments & Coins

• Paid purchases are processed through the Platform wallet. Prices are shown before purchase.
• Coins are a loyalty reward. They have no cash value and can never be converted to or withdrawn as money.
• A platform commission applies to marketplace sales, shown at the time of listing.

6. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform and AI-generated content are provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Test scores and band estimates are indicative, not official exam results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zex-lo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will require re-acceptance before you continue.
